Provides 4 x salary
Critical Illness
Provides 4 x salary for fee earners and 3 x salary for administration after 3 months service.
Permanent Health Insurance
Provides cover at 75% of salary again after 3 months service. Cover with AXA PPP
Private Medical Insurance
Available after 5 years service.

Company Sick Pay
The Company may pay discretionary sickness pay of up to 3-weeks full pay and 3-weeks half-pay in any rolling 26-week period.
Pension
The Company will contribute 5% of an employees salary provided that they contribute 3% of their salary into the Chartwell Scheme
Discretionary Bonus
The Company, from time to time, pays a discretionary bonus.
